I was playing for the past week and a half at the Venetian, in Las Vegas, north end of the strip.
Mark, one of the supervisors, was professional and courteous each time I had reason to chat (nothing bad).
The dealers were friendly and knowledgeable. The last session had a real newbie who kept asking "what are my options" and each dealer learned to say "Fold, Call 4 or Raise to 8", with a smile. The chip runners were polite, helpful and effective. There were chair massage options available and the food service folks were quick and cheerful.
Played in one tourney. Run very well, better than any I've played in AC. Started on time, clear directions, blinds, breaks, etc. Agreed to pay the bubble spot without disruption to the game.
