Mark, one of the supervisors, was professional and courteous each time I had reason to chat (nothing bad). The dealers were friendly and knowledgeable. The last session had a real newbie who kept asking "what are my options" and each dealer learned to say "Fold, Call 4 or Raise to 8", with a smile.
